Loss Control candidates must have a thorough understanding of Property, General Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation and other insurance coverage; and must also have a minimum of five years experience performing loss control underwriting surveys for an insurance company or other loss control company and strong computer, organization and communication skills. CSP, ASP, ARM, ALCM and CPCU designations preferred.
HPR Engineers must be certified professional and/or fire protection engineers with a minimum of five years experience performing HPR assessments for insurance companies. Candidates must also have the ability to perform fire sprinkler calculations.
Construction Management candidates must have a thorough knowledge of local, state and federal building and compliance codes, an understanding of construction loan documents and experience performing DCR, CPM and/or PCM assessments.
